KM RV Rentals (Formerly Spring Hill RV Rentals) is a locally owned and operated RV Rental business in Longview, Texas. We also rent out of Shreveport with a no transfer fee. We want to get your family on the road to your weekend getaway, summer vacation, or once in a lifetime dream trip!
Currently, we have a dozen units in our fleet. Travel trailers range from 18 ' to 36' to accommodate any number of people. We upgrade yearly so you always have the nicest and newest units for your comforts.

Tire Charge - There is a $25 tire charge for individuals going over 200 miles.
TOLL BILL- Customer is responsible for toll bill that Spring Hill RV receives.
Please allow 1/2 hour for check-out and check-in.
All drivers must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance. Drivers license and proof of insurance must be on file with Spring Hill RV.
Renter is responsible for 100% of all damage to the rented unit. Our insurance is only supplementary to your own personal insurance and should we have to file under our policy, the renter will be responsible for a $250 to $500 deductible.
If involved in an accident, renter must report it to Spring Hill RV and submit a full written police report. Renter is liable for all parking tickets, traffic violations, and TOLL BILLS.
A security deposit of $250 to $500 is required to reserve a travel trailer or a motorhome.
Upon returning, it could take up to seven days for a deposit to be refunded.
Checks must be approved 14 days prior to pick-up of unit.
The entire balance of rental is due on the date of departure. A 10% sales tax is required by the state on all rentals. Your deposit will not be refunded and will be assessed as a cancellation fee if the renter cancels the booking with less than 7 days notice. See "Cancellations".
No refunds for campers returned early.
The holding tank must be emptied and cleaned upon returning the rental unit. If not empty, the renter must pay a $89 fee.
A minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if travel trailer is returned unclean.
Please return Spring Hill RV Rentals propane bottles or you will be charged the market price. Plus a $20 service fee.
All Travel Trailer Rentals are non-smoking.
Any damages to the rental units will result in the forfeiting a portion or all of your deposit.
Any late returns not pre-approved are charged two full days at a daily rate.
Cancellations made 14 days or more, prior to the rental date renters are returned full deposit. Within 7 days of rental date renter is charged a $50 fee.
Do I need a special license to rent a Travel Trailer?
In order to rent, an individual must be 25 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license from their State of residence. No special class or permit is required.
Do you deliver travel trailers to your customer's preferred location?
We do offer delivery for an additional fee. Minimum fee $250. $150 for setup/tear down then $2.25 per mile. The following are our most popular options and rates. Please contact us for a delivery quote if your location is not listed.
When do I need to reserve a travel trailer rental?
Typically we take reservations no more than 18 months in advance. However, with a down payment you may pay and reserve up to 24 months in advance. Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance to your departure time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We need a 14 days' notice to cancel or 50% deposit will be held.
Do you offer one way travel trailer Rentals?
Sorry, we do not currently offer one-way travel trailer rentals. We do offer delivery and pick-up options within a limited distance of our location. Contact us for more details.
Do I need to return the propane cylinder full of propane ?
No, but you will be charged price of fill up plus a $20 service fee.
Do I need to dump the holding tank before returning the rental?

Am I responsible for damage to the rental unit?
Yes. The renter is responsible for any damage done to the rental while in his/her possession. See Terms & Conditions for further details.
What vehicle do I need to pull a travel trailer rental?
Renter must have 1/2 ton vehicle or larger.
What type of brakes do your travel trailers have?
All vehicles must have electric brakes.
Do I need to return motor home full of gasoline?
Yes, if not you will be charged local pump price plus a $20 service fee if it is not full when checked back in.
